Not happy with service.
Ordered two but only one was packed in order. I immediately shared unboxing videos with the customer service team and initially the response was timely until they started ignoring all emails. Was never refunded or missing item replaced so had to get PayPal to resolve issue. Leaving two stars instead of one as team were responsive throughout pre order process.
Came in perfect condition with updates emailed on shipping. Love shopping with DMF as always well protected and really good communication. Very happy with purchase!!!
