Refund policy

PLEASE FILM AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS CAN BE USED AS PROOF IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH AN ITEM YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND WILL BE REQUESTED AS EVIDENCE WHEN MAKING A REFUND OR RETURN CLAIM.

(Please note: We will not be able to exchange products for minor dents, scratches or discolouration on the photocards.)

Cosmetic Products Are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products cannot be refunded or returned once purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please Note: Returns Unavailable for EU and International Purchases

We regret to inform you that our return policy does not extend to purchases made from both the EU and other international locations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Changed Your Mind?
If you decide to return your purchase, please note that the return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact our customer service team before sending any returns.

Wrong Item Sent
If we sent you the wrong item and your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service team before sending any returns.

Outer case is to protect the goods inside, we cannot refund/exchange products with minor dents, scratches, discolouring or scuffs.

Damage/missing goods inside product is down to manufacturing errors, we cannot refund/exchange products for this.

Fraud Prevention Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice if suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.

For high-risk orders, we may request additional verification from the customer. If the verification is not provided or is unsatisfactory, the order will be canceled.

Fraudulent chargebacks after receiving goods may be reported to authorities.

Pre-Order Non-Cancellation Policy

Please note that once a pre-order has been placed and confirmed, cancellation is generally not possible. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of pre-ordered items to our customers.

Inventory Management: Pre-orders are used to gauge demand and manage inventory levels accurately. Cancelling pre-orders can disrupt this process and affect inventory planning.

Supplier Commitments: Once a pre-order is placed, we commit to securing the item from our suppliers or manufacturers. Cancelling pre-orders may impact our commitments to our partners.

Fairness to All Customers: Allowing cancellations after a pre-order is placed can create unfairness for other customers who are eagerly waiting for the product.

We understand that circumstances may arise that warrant a cancellation request. If you encounter any issues with your pre-order, such as a change in delivery address or other concerns, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you within the constraints of our pre-order policies.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. However, if you are moving or leaving the country, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that orders placed more than three months ago are no longer eligible for refunds under our system. In such cases, the amount will be issued as store credit instead.
