The outer case is for protecting the goods and we will not be able to exchange products for minor dents, scratches and discolouration on the outer case.
If you purchase other items with the reservation/pre-order product, shipping starts on the release date of the reservation/pre-order product.
Please note that shipping takes 7-15 more days per country than the Korean domestic and International schedule (excluding weekends/holidays).
