"mid march shipping? writing this in May, no update, no responce to my email, no apology, no nothing. If i don't get an update on it's whereabouts by June I'll be going to the bank, getting a charge back sorted and reporting this site to trading standards. Appalling service. I should have went to trustpilot because the reviews they have on this site are bogus af and all for enhypen like this is enhypen. com (sus)."

Overall a great experience! Communication could be better.

This was my first time ordering or preordering from this shop so I was a bit skeptical and had heard mixed reviews but all went well for the most part. It was shipped on schedule and arrived quickly. The vinyl came safely packaged in a cardboard envelope with a layer of bubble wrap and was in perfect condition, no damage whatsoever. They also gave a few freebies and my first choice of pob which was great! I will say that when I did email or use their messaging service I received no responses which made me a bit anxious. I would buy from again but maybe not anything too expensive given their lack of communication. I don’t know if they’d be much help if something went wrong with an order.
